Chocolate Flavoured Bread Rasmalai

An easy but delicious Dessert.You can indulge your sweet tooth within half an hour!!


White bread: 6
Milkmaid/Home-made condensed milk: 2 cups
Dairy Milk chocolate: 10 cubes
Dry fruits(optional): 10-15 pieces
Ghee: 1/2 cup


Make round or coin like pieces from white bread after removing the side of bread.
Heat ghee in a frying pan.
Fry bread pieces till they turn golden & crispy.
Drain the extra ghee.
Heat the milkmaid in a separate pan & stir.
Add Dairy Milk cubes to Milkmaid & mix it properly to avoid lump formation.
When it blends properly,add bread pieces.
Cook for 2 mins.
Remove from flame.
Refrigerate for 2 hours.
Serve it.
