Grilled Herbed Prawns

Ingredients:

King Prawns: 4
Ginger-garlic paste: 1tsp
Onion juice: 1/2 tsp
Lemon juice: 1/2 tsp
Turmeric powder: 1tsp
Paprika powder: 1/2 tsp
Salt: 1 tsp
Crushed black pepper: 1tsp
Soya sauce: 1 tbsp
Tandoori masala: 1 tsp
Curd: 1 tsp
Fresh cream: 1/2 tsp
Dried Rosemerry, Basil: 1 tsp
Butter: 2 tbsp
Honey: 1/2 tsp



Method:
Clean the prawns & devein.
Rub the prawns with all ingredients except the herb.
Keep it for 1 hour.
Heat the butter in a grilled pan.
Add the prawns after butter starts melting.
Cook each side of the prawns till they turn golden.
Sprinkle herbs to each side & cook for another 2-3 minutes.
Serve it hot with mayonnaise or honey chilly sausce.

Kesar Pista Malai Kulfi


Ingredients:

Milk: 3 cups

Condensed milk: 1 tin

Pista (Coarsely ground) : 1/4 cup

Kesar: 1/4 tsp

Green cardamom powder: 1 pinch



Method:

Blend all the ingredients to make a smooth paste.

Pour the mix to the kulfi moulds.

Refriegerate for 6 hours.

Serve it.

 

Grilled Herb Chicken


Ingredients:

Boneless chicken breast: 2 pieces (200gm each)

Soya sauce: 1tsp

Vinegar: 1/2 tsp

Butter: 2 tbsp

Ginger-garlic paste: 1 tbsp

Red Paprika Powder: 1 tsp

Salt: 1/2 tsp

Sugar: 1/4 tsp

Basil: 1/2 tsp

Thyme: 1/2 tsp

Dry Mint: 1/2 tsp

Red chilly flakes: 1 tsp


Method:

1.Clean the chicken pieces.

2.Make a smooth paste of all spices & coat the chicken pieces.

3.Keep it for 1 hour.

4.Take grill pan & heat the butter.

5.Add the marinated chicken pieces when butter starts melting.

6.Cook each side of the chicken for 10 mins or till it is done.

7.Serve with Mayonnaise & Finger chips.
 

Chicken Chatpata


 

Ingredients:

Chicken: 250gm(cut into medium pieces)

Ginger-garlic paste: 1 tbsp.

Chopped onion: 1 cup

Chopped green chilli: 2 tsp

Cumin powder: 1/2 tsp

Turmeric powder: 1/2 tsp

Red chilli powder: 1tsp

Black paper powder: 1 tsp

Corn flour: 1 tbsp.

Soya sauce: 1 tsp

Tomato ketchup: 4 tbsp

Vinegar: 1 tsp

Sugar: 1 tbsp.

Salt: as per taste

Oil: 1 cup

Method:

Marinade chicken pieces with all ingredients for one hour.

Heat oil in kadai. Fry onion  till it turns golden.

Remove the fried onion from kadai.

Remove chicken pieces from the marinade & fry till they turn brown.

Add the marinade, onion & chopped chillies.

Cook till it becomes dry.

Serve it hot.
