Shahi Lassi

Ingredients: 
2 cups low fat yogurt
1 cup skimmed milk
1 pinch Rock salt
1 or 2 tsp Honey
6 almonds,chopped
2 cashew nuts,chopped
1 tsp. pistachios, chopped
1 pinch cardamom powder
2 pinches saffron (soaked in hot milk)
1 tsp kewra water
1 cup crushed ice


Method:

Blend all d ingredients.
Serve chilled with crushed ice.
